”Staff always call me and my family by name and are always pleasant. Compared to my previous building, The Metropolis is preferable because:

1. The Health Club is far superior.
2. Drinking water is filtered and tastes great.
3. Laundry service is top notch.
4. Roof provides an excellent view of the city.
5. Elevators are quick and spacious.
6. Accessibility to Grand Central is great.
7. Lastly, my window view of the Chrysler Building makes me smile every morning.
